This project encompassed significant external and internal modifications.
Externally, access points were altered, window & door replacement, complete M&E fit out, new Bauder Roof.
Internally, the layout was extensively reconfigured to create a new “Green Room” for live podcasts and video editing, new open plan office space & new toilets were constructed to enhance the facility's convenience and usability.
