Conversation of derelict building into coffee shop with 5 apartments.

External walls insulated, new aluminium windows and custom timber front door. Complete M&E fit out, commercial kitchen, accessible toilet and custom fitted furniture as per the client’s specification. Creating a bright, clean, beautiful space in the middle of a busy village.
