DCM was appointed as main contractor on the car park extension (Phase 1) and the main building extension to B&M Bargains on Lonsdale Road, Armagh City.
Phase 1 was a civils package involving deep line drainage, car park build up, retaining walls, surface finishes and barrier control.
Phase 2 was a steel portal frame extension to the existing supermarket. The connection work was carried out at weekends and night work to ensure no disruption to the clients existing business.
