Overview

Conversation of a HED Grade II Listed Building in Belfast City Centre, into 12 High End Apartments with a large open plan commercial unit to the ground floor.

Vigorous sound and fire upgrade work including separating floors, walls and ceilings. Complete M&E works including Main Gas Supply, HED Approved Internal Timber Secondary Glazing, external lime repointing and sandstone replacement, and turret stabilisation to allow a spectacular pent-house apartment bedroom.
