Contracts Director
Ciaran brings over two decades of hands-on experience in carpentry and joinery. After completing his apprenticeship in 2004, he worked with several respected firms before starting his own business in 2010.
Since then, he’s taken on a wide range of projects, specialising in roof construction and high-quality fit-outs.
Ciaron has successfully delivered fit-out contracts valued up to £10m consistently meeting high standards of craftsmanship and project delivery.
Recently Ciaron achieved his NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision in Construction, highlighting our dedication to training and H&S standards within DCM
Contracts Director
Cormac completed his City & Guilds apprenticeship in 2005 and spent the next three years gaining hands-on experience with a specialist bricklaying contractor. In 2008, he went self-employed and has since delivered a wide range of high-quality projects — including several prestigious builds.
Leading a skilled team, Cormac has successfully completed jobs ranging in value from £5m to £10m earning a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

Commercial Director
Mick is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has built a diverse career working with both PQS firms and main contractors across Ireland and New Zealand.
His portfolio includes major projects such as a €140 million mixed-use residential and commercial development, a €10million school development, a $13.2 million civil infrastructure build, and a €2 million hospital upgrade.
Mick brings broad, international experience and a deep understanding of complex construction environments.
